Here's a roundup of 4 decklist and info-sharing sites for Hearthstone beginners.
A Roundup of Hearthstone Decklist Sites for Beginners
HearthStudy
HearthStudy updates its Hearthstone deck power rankings on a regular cycle, letting you browse popular decks and high-win-rate decks. The advantage of HearthStudy is that you can easily get info on decks sorted from Tier 1 to Tier 4. For beginners, it's a good idea to build a high-tier deck that costs little dust. :)

Hearthstone Inven
Hearthstone Inven is one of the more active communities. Its strength is great accessibility. You can get info and deck codes for decks built by actual Hearthstone players, or decks used and verified by pro players in tournaments. Inven's deck simulator also clearly shows the dust cost and required cards, so it should be helpful.

DDA
Service discontinued
DDA let you view top-ranked decklists and filter to find the deck you wanted. Its strength was that you could see streamers' and pro players' card evaluations organized in one place. Through its partnership with the vS Data Reaper Report (ViciousSyndicate), you could also read analysis articles on the overall state of Hearthstone.

HSReplay
HSReplay is a site run overseas. It lets you watch popular decks being played in real time or view past gameplay videos. You can also find out which decks players around the world are using in real time, and which cards to keep in your mulligan (the cards you start the game with) for a higher win rate.
It also has a feature that links with your Blizzard account to show which decks you can build with the cards you own, though it's a bit complicated to use. There are quite a few premium features, so it's not a site I use all that often. HSReplay also offers its own dedicated software, the Deck Tracker.
The Deck Tracker has a great feature that overlays information you might otherwise miss about the deck you're currently using and the game you're playing. If you're curious, it's not a bad idea to give the Deck Tracker a try.

Hearthstone Top Decks
Like HSReplay above, this is an English-language site. But precisely because so many users use it, you can find even more decklists here! The sites above usually cover everything, but I'm including this one anyway.
From the top menu, go to Decks > choose the class you want, and you can search using various options.

I'm not sure I organized this well, but I hope it was helpful anyway. :)
