Hello — I've been having a lot of fun with Marvel Snap lately. Today I'm writing this to recommend decks you can use in Pool 2, before you reach Pool 3.
Marvel Snap Series 2 (Pool 2) Deck Recommendations
Marvel Snap has the concept of Pools and Series. Pool and Series mean the same thing, and Marvel Snap currently goes from Pool 1 to Pool 5. The series are divided by Collection Level: Pool 1 (Series 1) is Collection Level 18 to 214, Pool 2 is Collection Level 222 to 474, and anything beyond that is Pool 3 and up.
In this post I've put together 4 decks you can use in Pool 2. Look through the decks for ones you can build with the cards you own, and even if you're missing a card or two, it's fine to mix in other cards and give them a try.
The decks below are taken from Marvel Snap Zone.

Ongoing Ka-Zar Zoo Deck
You flood the board with 1-cost and 2-cost cards, and use Ka-Zar and Blue Marvel to buff everything. On the final turn, dropping Onslaught at the location where Blue Marvel is gives a powerful effect.
However, this deck's biggest weakness is that it's very vulnerable to Killmonger ( destroys all 1-cost cards ). So in a meta where Killmonger is played a lot, this deck struggles. To defend against Killmonger somewhat, you can play the 2-cost card Armor at the location with lots of your 1-cost cards.
Since it's a low-cost-focused deck, an advantage is that you can play it without much mind-game pressure. Fun is guaranteed too!!
Key cards: Squirrel Girl, Ka-Zar, Blue Marvel, Onslaught

Jubilee Dinosaur Deck
This deck uses more Pool 2 cards than the wide deck I just introduced. You firmly take one of the three locations with Storm + Jessica Jones, Storm + Sunspot, or Storm + Collector, and for one of the other two locations you can play Devil Dinosaur or Infinaut, or use Jubilee to pull a card like Infinaut.
To make use of Devil Dinosaur, you can also put in Moon Girl instead of Namor.
Key cards: Sunspot, Storm, Jubilee, Devil Dinosaur, Infinaut

Multiple Man Movement Deck
This is a deck where cards move between locations. Honestly, it isn't used much after Pool 3, because there are movement-deck counters (Kingpin) and movement decks aren't actually that hard to play against — but I wrote about it because I think it's a good deck to use in Pool 2.
Kraven has an ability where its power keeps increasing whenever a card moves to the location Kraven is at, and since this is a movement deck, you can grow it without much trouble.
The key in this deck is to merge Multiple Man and Hulkbuster. Merging Multiple Man and Hulkbuster makes a power-7 Multiple Man, and when it moves, the power-7 Multiple Man is copied, giving a very powerful effect.
I mentioned that one reason movement decks aren't used much after Pool 3 is that they're easy to play against, and the biggest reason for that is the 6-cost Heimdall. Heimdall's ability moves all of your cards one location to the left, so it's hard to play Heimdall if your opponent plays cards mainly at the 2nd and 3rd locations.
It's a powerful card if your opponent doesn't know about Heimdall, but once they know the Heimdall card and play around it, it becomes really easy to deal with — which makes it a deck that's perfect to use in Pool 2 specifically.
Key cards: Kraven, Multiple Man, Vulture, Doctor Strange

Discard Deck
This deck is built around cards with discard abilities. It has lots of 1-cost and 2-cost cards, and it plays with Swordmaster (good stats in exchange for the penalty of discarding a card), Apocalypse (which grows stronger the more it's discarded), and the Swarm card (which, when discarded, becomes two 0-cost copies).
The good cards to discard are Apocalypse, Swarm, and Wolverine — it's a deck where you use low-cost cards to churn through your hand quickly so the cards you want get discarded. The performance isn't bad either, and it's so much fun every time you discard Apocalypse for +4 power.
Key cards: Swordmaster, Lady Sif, Apocalypse, Swarm

Wrap-Up
I'm having a great time with Marvel Snap too. While my Collection Level was stuck in Pool 2, I looked for decks to play and tried all of the above. I figured there are people searching like I was, so I put this together.
Personally, I think I played the Jubilee Dinosaur deck and the Discard deck a lot because they were fun. Marvel Snap is fun in Pool 2 too, but it gets even more fun once you get Pool 3 cards, so let's grind that Collection Level!!
